Dance Hall Gate Crashers

These roughneck gangs became known as "The Dance Hall Gate Crashers. The idea behind being a Rude Boys was to create amongst themselves an impressive manifestation of being an important person when the upper class of society was in actual fact saying that you were insignificant to the community. The Rude Boys danced routine of the Ska was entirely different, slower and categorically menacing which had been originated from a much earlier period dating back to the 1940s. The "Rude Boys contingent on the whole was disrespectful of the law of the land, they persistently conducted deals with underworld syndicates. Individuals who had purposely choose to live outside of the laws; this was reflected in the lyrics of most Ska lyrics. These lyrics effectively create a frenzy amongst the sound systems followers and as the sound system proprietors were also record producers.

They made sure that the rude boy lyrics was  unremitting, a recording artist could if he was popular record up to 20 or more singles at the cost of a shilling each in a day for sound systems operators to play in dance halls. The Rude Boys dress style of outfit was customarily trousers that were way too short, a style implemented in the 1980's by the English beat toaster using the non-deplume of Ranking Roger. Once again the Ska music transformed to reflect the mood of the Rudies that created a more unapproachable portentous response on the bass as being in opposition to the preceding avant-garde free-walking bass guitar style. The dance style that has a similarity  to the Charleston dance craze that was evident in the USA during the 40's.This dance craze saw the dancer's head shaking in rhythmical motion up, down, sideways, waist line twist with hands swinging to and fro across the knees.
